CHELSEA SHOULD MAKE OBLAK THEIR TOP TARGET-SINCLAIR.

The former Chelsea defender-Frank Sinclair,thinks Kepa Arrizabalaga has lost the trust of manager Frank Lampard and urges the Blues to make a serious bid for Atletico Madrid's Jan Oblak.

 

Kepa joined Chelsea two seasons ago for a record fee of £71million,making him the most expensive Shot-stopper in world football.But Kepa Arrizabalaga has struggled to live up to expectation after spending two seasons in the English Premier League.

Frank Sinclair feels Jan Oblak should be Chelsea's first priority in this transfer window.The Atletico Madrid goalkeeper is considered as one of the best in recent football and might help Chelsea to be better contenders for titles this season.

Chelsea has been linked with a host of good goalkeepers in this transfer window,ranging from Andre Onana,Dean Henderson,Nick Pope and Marc-Andre ter Stegan.

Frank Sincliar speaking with Gentingbet,

 "It's not a secret that Frank lost this trust in Kepa.In previous games he's made some vital mistakes.

"However,you have to remember that he's really young goalkeeper,the £71million price tag shadows the fact that he's a young goalkeeper,fairly inexperienced in playing senior football and the standards are set very high for him.

"At the same time,if you get the opportunity to bring in Jan Oblak then i think if you wan to compete with Liverpool and Manchester City,Chelsea need a goalkeeper of the same standard and certainly Jan Oblak would produce that"

Chelsea has so far sealed deals with Hakim Ziyich and Timo Werner and are also keen on addressing their defensive options

They have Leicester City's Ben Chilwell and West Ham's Declan Rice in their wish-list.

Sinclair talking about Ben Chilwell,

"Ben Chilwell is still a tough nut to crack

"When you hear the way that Brendan Rogers talks about Ben Chilwell,so strongly and how much he is a part of Leicester City going forward,i guess it would be a difficult one and he's going to be very,very overpriced signing.

"For me,there's a lot of world class full-backs out there and Frank has to get the right one for Chelsea Football Club.

"Obviously Ben Chilwell is a top player and England international,but i don't think Chelsea should pay over the odds for him".
