Manchester city,after giving newly crowned League champions-Liverpool a guard of honour at the Etihad stadium,made Liverpool return with a walk of shame.
Manchester City thrashed Liverpool 4-0 yesterday in there league match.Kevin De Bruyne gave the host side the lead from a spot kick on the 25 minutes after Raheem Sterling was fouled in the box by Joe Gomez.
Raheem Sterling doubled their lead in the first half of the game with a clean finish from Phil Foden's pass.Foden was as well on the scoresheet before the end of half time.
Sadio Mane and substitute Divock Origi created chances in the second half before Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's own goal assured Manchester City's victory.
Riyad Mahrez's stoppage time strike was ruled out by VAR for a handball in the build up.
League winners-Liverpool are 86 points while Manchester City sits second with 20 points behind Champions.
